Positive: Beautifull appartment. All is there! Even a nice welcome package with fruit and wine. Balcony. Clear instructions about checkin and out. Trains can be heard but not with windows closed and even with windows open it is not loud. Friendly rental person. About half an hour walk to city center or 15 min to tram.
Negative: The room with the single hanging bed does have a sleepingcouch in the room. You see that in the photos. The text says double bed. But it is a small couch, less wide than the sleeping couch in the living room. It was fine but consider it a single bed as well or double just for children.

Positive: The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a convenient location. There’s a playground downstairs and the underground parking was a huge plus. The kitchen has everything required to cook a meal, and the owners provided tea, coffee and some spices.
Negative: The only small negatives would be the proximity to the train tracks, which means you can hear the trains in the evening/night if you have the window open, and there is no dining room table, just a bar table to sit at.
Summary: Great apartment with close proximity to everything in Wroclaw.

Positive: Perfect accommodation with everything that you need available. Although we were for a short period, we loved the property. Definitely, you can feel that someone with attention to the details is taking care of this place. Exceptional for children as it has games and the children room is a magical place with the ceiling bed. A variety of coffee types was something that made our day, and the owner was really helpful throughout the checkin and check out process. The only negative side that I can share is access to accommodation and parking as it's a bit of a maze, but the owner provides a great map and instructions.

A lot of things in apartment which makes feel happy - for example: teeth brushes, tooth paste, bath kit, coffee capsules for coffee maker, a lot of fruits, very warm apartments, a lot of space.
